items ordered will be shipped within 3 working days.

we ship standard airmail to international locations and all orders will receive a tracking number.
domestic shipping will equally be trackable.

special shipping requests can be accommodated but will have to be paid for in full by the buyer.

please allow a reasonable time for delivery.
international delivery will usually be between 10 - 20 working days. however, some destinations will have shipping times of up to 8 weeks.

Return Policy

dear music enthusiast.

¶radio hummingbird releases are produced extremely seldom and in very limited quantities. often they are featuring some hand-made details and customisation. in short, they are a labour of love. for that reason alone we wish that the item(s) received provide you with eternal joy and happiness.

should there have been any problems with the delivery or you no longer wish to own the purchased items, we are able to accept returns under the following conditions:

・ we offer a full refund or exchange (if remaining copies are still available) of any item which has been received damaged or faulty.
please notify us about any issues as soon as possible after receipt of the item(s). in such case, standard shipping fees for the return will be covered by the seller.

・ in case you changed your mind you have 14 calendar days to notify us about your desire to return one or all item(s) of your order and to post them back to us.
please advise us about your intent to return one or more items before posting them so that we can give you all relevant shipping instructions. we are otherwise not able to receive the returned items and will therefore not be able to handle your request.
in this case, the full shipping fees will have to be covered by the buyer.

please note that for a return to be accepted, any item will have to be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. the item(s) must also be in their original packaging and should include a proof of purchase.

all returned items will be inspected and if you are eligible for a refund it will be fully disbursed as soon as feasibly possible (less shipping costs, in case you requested a special delivery option).

・the following items are EXEMPT FROM A RETURN: audio media which has been unsealed upon receipt and items which are custom made.

・items never delivered will, of course, be fully refunded upon notification. however, please allow a reasonable amount of time for delivery. depending on your location this may be as long as 8 weeks.
